Our Mindfulness Class Calendar is designed to create a balanced and structured routine that integrates mindfulness techniques into daily learning. Each session is thoughtfully planned to promote focus, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and well-being.
Daily schedule
⏰ 8:55 am - 9:25 am – Morning Mindfulness & Intention Setting
(Start the day with guided breathing, meditation, and setting a positive intention.)
📖 9:25 am - 10:55 am – Mindful Reading & Reflection
(Read with awareness, practice deep focus, and engage in reflective journaling.)
🥗 11:00 am - 11:35 am – Mindful Eating & Movement (Lunch/Recess)
(Encourage eating with awareness, followed by mindful walking or stretching.)
➗ 11:45 am - 12:45 pm – Mindful Math & Concentration Techniques
(Use breath awareness and focus exercises to enhance problem-solving skills.)
✍ 12:45 pm - 1:30 pm – Expressive Writing & Gratitude Journaling
(Write with mindfulness, emphasizing self-expression and gratitude practices.)
🍎 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm – Mindful Snack & Body Awareness Recess
(Eat attentively, followed by mindful stretching or nature observation.)
🌍 2:00 pm - 2:35 pm – Mindfulness in Social Studies (Empathy & Awareness)
(Practice mindful listening and compassionate discussions on cultural topics.)
🔬 2:40 pm - 3:25 pm – Science & Mindful Observation
(Encourage curiosity through mindful observation of nature and experiments.)
🧘 3:25 pm - 3:35 pm – Closing Reflection & Mindful Dismissal
(End the day with a guided relaxation or breathing exercise.)
